What are the shipping options available?We currently provide free shipping for local orders (Within the UAE)for orders over AED 200. Express deliveries are also available and prices vary depending on your location/state. International deliveries are also available for selected countries. Refer to the checkout page for pricing

What's the return notice period?As long as the item is applied for a return within 5 days of purchase it would be accepted. All items must meet the "returns and requirements" clause to be accepted. Please visit the shipping and returns page at http://www.thescentbrewery.com/store-policy

How can I return an item?If an item does not meet your expectations the return procedure can be started by sending an email to sales@thescentbrewery.com. Can I make changes to orders I've already made?Changes can be made to orders as long as they haven't been shipped yet. To start the procedure an email can be sent to sales@thescentbrewery.com . Changes to custom orders can be made if the blending process has already started.

What if i never recieve my order?We here at The Scent Brewery try our best to meet all your expectations however, we are still human and humans make mistakes (a lot of them). If an item is out of stock, what do I do?If an item is out of stock just know that we are trying our best to refill our stock.
